It is always great to be prepared, so before you call, have you asked yourself:

  • What are my specific marketing goals?

    Clearly define your objectives, whether it's increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, or boosting sales.

  • What is my budget for marketing services?

    Determine a realistic ranged budget in mind to ensure that you can afford our services. Remember, marketing is a necessary investment to your business to reach its goals so having the resources is key to success.

  • What is my target audience?

    Understand your ideal customer demographics and preferences to so we can understand your Industry as well. In order to gain the best outcome, it is a team effort.

  • What marketing channels do I want to focus on?

    Identify the platforms and channels (e.g., social media, content marketing, SEO) that align with your business and audience. Not sure? We can discuss this.

  • Do I need a specialised skill set?

    Determine if your marketing needs require specific expertise, such as SEO optimisation, content creation, social media management or client management. Need a hand on answering this? We can discuss this.

  • What is my preferred communication style?

    Consider whether you prefer regular updates, detailed reports, or occasional check-ins to ensure that our communication style aligns with yours. This could also comms such as email, on Microsoft teams/Zoom or the telephone.

  • What is the expected timeline for results?

    Understand the realistic timeframes for seeing results based on the marketing strategies proposed by us. Not sure how long something should take? No problem, we can put your mind at ease when we chat.

  • How flexible am I to adapt to changes?

    Are you able to adjust to our strategies based on evolving market trends, business needs, or unexpected challenges? An open mind aids a strategy and key to success.

  • What approach do I want in regards to analytics and reporting?

    We can ensure that we can provide clear, understandable reports on the performance of our marketing efforts and we can provide both simple or more technical reporting where necessary.

During your appointment

  • You will have up to 30 minutes initial call. This will include a short introduction, discussing your needs and what we can provide you based on what we have discussed.

After your appointment

  • We will take all the information you have provided us and create a brief which includes our plan of action and official pricing.

  • Once approved, contracts have been signed and on-boarding has been complete - the work begins!

Not sure telephone is best for you?

We are a Neurodiversity-pro virtual service which means you have other options of communication such as:

  • Email (our clients most favourable)

  • Instagram

  • Book a Google Meet/Zoom/Teams

We must advise however when you decide on a communication/s you must keep up to date with all communications with us due to project deadlines. There may be tasks that are time-sensitive and working together swiftly is a priority.
