I want to tell you a little bit about my coaching process before we talk. The Congruency System Coaching Program includes 18 sessions that happen within 6 months. This period is your minimum commitment to producing results.
You will need to trust your process because it will be challenging at some points. You might even want to stop and stay where you are, but I will help you go on. The thing about the Congruency System is that your life changes with every step of your journey. Even if you decide to stop your work after these 6 months, what you have achieved cannot be undone.
Expect changes in your relationships, in yourself, in your work. Expect changes in your perspective and the way you look at yourself in the mirror.
We can continue our coaching relationship for as long as you want after your first Program. We will discuss those options when the time comes. The main criteria for our relationship agreements will always be what will help you the most to create the life you want to live.
We might discover in our chat that you are at a point where you would benefit more from another one of my Programs. Maybe you even conclude that your process is taking you somewhere else right now. We will talk about different options so you can decide what the best next step for you is.
After scheduling the time that works better for you, please answer the questionnaire as honestly and thoroughly as you can. What you tell me will help me serve you better. All your answers are confidential.
You will receive a confirmation email for your appointment with the number you need to call the day of our session. Set the quietest, most peaceful 30 minutes to focus on yourself.
